Once a preliminary plan has been designed, all the specifications will be discussed and a detailed cost break down will be prepared for you. After the estimate is fininshed a meeting will be set up to discuss all facets of the construction and the cost with detailed explanations.

Home Builders Selection List
| Membership — Builder membership in the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock means that a local builder has met several tests: time in the industry locally, substantial customer references, outstanding credit references, proof of appropriate insurance coverage's, and Arkansas State Residential Contractors license. Experience — Many local builders, only build part time and have other jobs. Check out the, experience of your builder before you purchase a home. Ask for customer references. Financial Responsibility — Your builder should have outstanding credit. If bills go unpaid, a lien can be p laced on your new home. Creditors have the right to collect from the homeowner. |
Properly Insured — Your builder should carry General Liability, Workman's Comp and be Bonded. Many builders and part time builders don’t carry insurance. Ask your builder about their coverage. Licensed Builder — Your builder should be licensed by The State of Arkansas Contractors Board. Some people only build one or two homes a year without a license; this is legal in the State of Arkansas. Provide A Good Warranty — Your builder should outline in detail their warranty program. Many never return phone calls after the home is sold. |
