Our homes / Featured project
One vision.
A home unlike any other.
Custom building starts with the way you want to live. This midcentury-inspired home shows what happens when a clear vision meets thoughtful craftsmanship.
More than
black & white.
Natural stone, warm wood, and terrazzo flooring set the tone. A living room with a 22-foot sloped ceiling connects with a study and sunroom, creating spaces that feel open yet individual.
James Hayes created custom glass lighting for the dining room and study. Tom Chandler and Associates assisted with finishing details. Smart-home features bring modern convenience to the midcentury design.
